At Miranda we sharpen and recondition almost everything, bringing the tools to a like new condition (woodworking tools, garden tools, household items such as knives and scissors, electrician tools, animal clippers, etc.)

Our clientele is varied, ranging from the general public to specialized professionals such as cabinet makers, tailors, heating and plumbing contractors, animal groomers, and window manufacturers. Restaurants are often amongst our customers as well. We are based in Oshawa, Ontario, and most of our clients are from the Oshawa and the surrounding GTA areas.

We guarantee our work, and employ extremely qualified sharpening technicians. We have been in business over 25 years and still serve many of our original customers. At Miranda we pay great attention to the smallest details. Our quality control is second to none. Fast turnaround time and competitive prices as well as our personable, friendly, prompt service have kept our customers coming back since day one.

We typically have a 3-day turnaround, and set aside time each day for those last minute rushes that need same day service. If you're from out of town we can pick up and drop off your tools to provide you with our quality service.

Knives can either be shipped to us or dropped off at two shipping & drop-off locations. We will also pick up and deliver to restaurants with orders of 10 or more knives within our general area. Knives that are dropped off must be both wrapped and in a box.
